aw Win Mon Mon Lwin is a distinguished Structural Engineer and Executive Leader with over 18 years of expertise in civil engineering, structural design, and international project leadership. Holding a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, she is recognized as a Registered ASEAN Engineer and a Professional Engineer (P.E. Structure) in Myanmar.

As a prominent figure and influential leader in the engineering community, she currently serves as the Vice President of the Federation of Myanmar Engineering Society (Fed. MES), having previously held the pivotal role of Secretary General from 2016 to 2024.

Her extensive track record includes contributing to high-profile international papers for University College London (UCL) and leading major regional initiatives like the MECON Project across five Mekong Delta nations. As the Managing Director of UCSD Myanmar, she drives the firm's technical excellence, ensuring strict compliance and delivering innovative structural solutions for complex developments.
